As Titanic fans, we loved the location and the historical value this hotel has to offer. It is stylishly decorated, the restaurant is in the room were the titanic was designed, the food was excellent, the staff wonderful. Bathrooms are new, roomy and made of beautiful dark marble. The room wasn’t big, but the bed was comfortable and we had a direct view of the Titanic Hotel.

Gorgeous hotel that is practically a museum. They’ve renovated the old shipbuilder’s offices into a stunning luxurious hotel and preserved the history. We would have stayed here the whole trip if we could have. The hotel staff was incredible and very helpful. They answered all of our questions about the history of the hotel’s history. Very clean, beautiful property. Enjoyed every minute here.

Very disappointing!! Our room looked over the car park, massive bathroom but nowhere to put anything not even a towel rail!! It was like an airport hotel. The food was very disappointing also, it tasted as though the vegetables had been pre cooked especially what should have been beautiful freshly boiled baby potatoes, it is the season!

A small bit noisy due to the working ship yard across the way.
Lovely decor, with a great history behind it. The restaurants were lovely and the food was divine. There was a large selection at breakfast. The room was lovely and spacious with a great view of the Titanic museum. The rooms also have a lovely decor.

There was work ongoing but it would be extreme nitpicking to complain about them improving the place when everything else was so right.
Everything was good. Food excellent, service pleasant and attentive. Of particular note was the fact that the presentation of the style of the Titanic era stayed on theme with staff uniforms and so on. High class marketing and presentation.

Chips had been reheated. Fish outstanding though! Only downside to the stay was this and the breakfast was buffet style, prefer freshly cooked than this!!
The bed was by far and away the best I've stayed in.

Slightly expensive considering it has no extras like indoor pool, gym, games room or spa. Breakfast was expensive also in fact we took it elsewhere.

For the price of the stay I would have expected more on the fine details. For example a couple staying in a superior room only being given one shower gel and one shampoo was a bit tight! We were first to breakfast and the floor was dirty from the night before- crumbs all around the table we sat at. The car park set up needs to be improved. It’s ?15/day reduced rate but you aren’t allowed to take the car out and bring back again without having to pay for two transactions. Again, if I’m staying at the hotel I’d expect a better arrangement to be in place.
Location was amazing. The design of the rooms was something special.
